 General light and heavy fabrication services can be tailored
to manufacture standard machined parts in quantity or bespoke, one off items
in a range of non-ferrous metals to your requirements. Support
services including welding, drilling, cutting, sawing, shearing,
grinding, turning are performed in-house by skilled staff to
rigorous quality standards.
 The bulk of our tonnage is in the fabrication of steel for
structures and building envelopes. We provide a complete design and
build service fabricating all members
to your exact specification, including connections,
coatings (galvanised, intumescent) and finishes. Our
engineering design service provides a complete solution to structural design
recommendations, suggested connections and supporting calculations.
In addition, site services will see components of your
structure delivered and erected to your
requirements and timescales.
We can cater for any secondary steel needs whether as part of a
complete solution or component specific, to produce the following;
 Using industry standard CAD software, we offer a complete 2D
detailing service for all our projects. Our drawing office manages
all drawing / design issues, design specifications, revisions,
issuing to production etc.
State of the art 3D modelling allows us to  rapidly
produce complete models for any engineering application, accounting
for environmental conditions and project specific factors. We
are able to collaborate on 3D models with architects and deign
teams using either X-Steel or StruCAD, taking advantage of real-time
specification changes and revisions.
Our design capability can
accommodate entire projects and include site evaluation,
geographic/weather loading factor calculations, connection design.
Experienced in this specialised field, we accommodate specialist
requirements for designing, engineering, fabricating, installing
and testing pipe work for varied applications from petrochemical to manufacturing to utility.
Having designed, fabricated and installed complete process lines
along with numerous process line refurbishments (pipe repair /
replacement, functional additions, instrumentation upgrades or
replacements) for a range of applications, in different
industries, we have the expertise in the area to meet your
objectives.
We have undertaken numerous projects in this specialist area of
construction. Whilst a lot of the structure of the building is in
place on refurbishments, challenges arise in providing support to
the frame of the existing structure during reconstruction and
refurbishment.
Using advanced coatings, specific application and substrate
preparation processes in custom built finishing bays, we are able to
guarantee paint finishes in excess of ten years. Specialist finishes
such as powder coating, galvanising and plating can also be
