Incorporated in 1994, Hayes
Engineering Services was established with key staff bringing a
wealth of knowledge and experience from varied engineering
backgrounds.
Through consistent performance and comprehensive service
offerings, Hayes has established itself as preferred supplier to
major civil engineering, construction and blue chip corporations.
The key to Hayes' impressive growth has been a commitment to
quality and safety, innovative solutions and a sound business model.
This growth can also be largely attributed to our ethos of
providing an all-encompassing approach to fulfilling clients diverse
and often complex requirements. The result of this ethos is a
reputation in the industry of providing reliable, high quality,
consistent and industry leading services in our fields of

Having developed and invested in the skill set and expertise of
our workforce and grown our client base to expand our portfolio of
capabilities, our focus, partly in response to the
industry's direction over the past few years, is to utilise
information technology to broach new horizons in quality, efficiency
and engineering capability.

solutions and comprehensive, tailored services to our clients.
Employing hi-tech machinery and the latest technology, further
developing our skilled workforce and valued client services, we aim
to grow with our client base to be the largest independent provider
of structural steel and fabrications in Wales within the next 5
years.
Management Profile
A team of experienced, multi-disciplined engineers represent the
company's operations at management level. In addition to delivering
on targets to achieve company objectives and managing day to day
operations, focus on client relations and their interests is of
primary importance, each manager showing a vested interest in the
overall progress of our projects.
Management style is direct, involved and 'hands on'. We promote
frequent communication between management, across functional areas
of the business. This allows us to be pro-active in foreseeing
potential issues and be responsive to problems as they occur,
effecting the most appropriate action to remedy the situation and
minimise errors and delays. Direct involvement and our feedback
process promotes constant project progress evaluation and further
strengthens our ability to deliver on time, to spec and within
budget.
